Here's my attempt at embedding video from youtube:

Step 1: Find the video you want from You tube.

Step 2: copy the embedding code from You tube (on the right hand side of the screen in 'About this video', by highlighting and then clicking on 'copy' or CTRL + C.

Step 3: within the wiki, click on 'edit page', then select 'insert plug in' from the toolbar.

Step 4: select 'embed video from You tube' and follow the instructions to paste in the code you have already copied from You tube (CTRL + V)

Step 5: press enter, and save the page as usual.  Voila!

Click "Edit this page" to play with this page!

Do whatever you want with it!

Then click "Update" to see what happens.
